BDG Game Forgot Password

The BDG Game login screen shows no reset form of its own. It carries a Forgot password? link, and its header text says: if you forget your password, please contact customer service.

Where the Forgot password link is on BDG Game

1. Open the login screen with its Phone Number and Email / Account tabs.
2. Near the Password box and the Remember password checkbox, tap Forgot password?.
3. Follow the header instruction to contact customer service; the same screen also shows a Contact customer service button.
4. Give the registered phone number or email and say you cannot sign in; never send the old password.

What to have ready before you ask BDG Game for a reset

• The phone number or email you registered with; it identifies the account.
• A new password planned in advance: at least 8 characters, letters and numbers, not a small edit of the old one; the account safety page explains why.
• Details of any error message you saw, such as the lock notice below.

The BDG Game lock notice and how to unlock

After more than 10 wrong passwords the screen reports that the account has been locked and tells you to use Forgot password to set a new password for unlock. The notice offers Cancel and Contact customer service; the way back in is a new password, and the header note says password help comes from customer service.

Check these before you reset a BDG Game password

• You are on the right tab: phone numbers go under Phone Number, emails under Email / Account.
• The country code still reads +91.
• A phone keyboard did not capitalise the first letter or add a space.
